FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does “Delivered 6 times a year, every other month” mean?
This is our bi-monthly delivery schedule. We ship during the following months: February, April, June, August, October and December. Your billing cycle will begin when you sign up and we’ll delivery your first order according to the schedule above. For example, if you sign up in May we will ship your first cheese order in June and final order in April of the following year.

What does “Delivered Monthly? mean”
When you choose monthly you will receive a cheese shipment/ delivery every month. Please expect an email newsletter every month requesting that you make your selection.

What does “Quarterly per year? mean”
This is our quarterly shipping schedule. We ship these orders during the following months: February, May, August and November. Your billing cycle will begin when you sign up and we’ll ship your cheese the first week of each of these four months. For example, if you sign up in April we will ship your cheese order in May and final order in February of the following year.

How do I select the cheeses?
We’ll send an email newsletter out to you 1-2 weeks prior to your anticipated delivery date. It will have a complete list of all the cheeses currently available for your order. You will need to select from the list the cheeses you want by responding to the email. Just hit reply and type in your selections.

How do I know what $25.00 or $30.00 of cheese is?
Generally speaking our chèvre (goat cheese) and cream cheese (cow cheese) are $8.00 each. We can cut wedges of semi-hard cheeses (ie Cheddar, Gouda, Jack) from $5.00 on up to $30.00. We also sell half and whole brie wheels that run from $7.00 to $14.00. We do our best to accommodate your request.

Why do you charge us one price yet we often receive $5.00 or $10.00 more than what we paid for?
One of the benefits of being a member of our cheese club is that your dollar goes a little further than usual. If your membership is priced out at $25.00 than we usually round up closer to $30.00. If it is priced out at $30.00 we may round up between $35.00 and $40.00. It’s our small way of saying thanks!

How do I cancel my membership?
Just send us an email to orders@towdairy.com two weeks prior to your next shipment/delivery and we will cancel your membership and order.

Can I order more than the set amount in cheese on occasion?
Absolutely, just reply with a phone number to call you and your name along with your “additional cheeses.” We will call you to obtain your payment. You will receive 15% off of your additional order.

What does it mean deliver 1x one month?
This selection is exactly that it is meant for a one-time delivery. There is no reoccurring billing on this order. It is our way of having an option to order what you want on a single occasion. This option is also intended for a one time trial or to give as a gift.

What cheeses/products do I have access too?
As a premier member you have access to everything that is produced during that season. Our staple products include chèvre (soft goat cheese), cream cheese (made from cow milk) and most of our hard cheeses (Cheddar, Gouda, Jack, etc). We are also working on an aged Romano and Asiago which will be a specialty item that only cheese club members have access to. Occasionally we’ll have cultured cow milk butter, fresh mozzarella, brie, chipotle brie, and drunken goat or cow milk cheeses. As the program grows we hope to develop additional special perks for our members – the possibilities are endless!
