The Old Windmill Dairy Team celebrated Ed’s birthday in style. Michael surprised us all by taking us to the Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. We had a spectacular time as Susan, Robin, Michael and my self plated gourmet dishes. We’ll I mainly watched in amazement and delighted in the presentation. My taste buds were intensely satisfied.
Susan was invited by Executive Chef Andrew Cooper to expedite, which she enjoyed immensely. Actually I think she really enjoyed the power.
Executive Chef Andrew Cooper and his team were the perfect hosts. The team amazed us all with spectacular entrees some of which featured our artisan cheese.
We felt so special as our wine Sommelier toured us through France, Italy and other European countries, with ideally selected wines for each coarse.
