We have reformatted our cheese class to help you understand the details in making cheese. It is a complete workshop that includes each step of making various cheeses such as; chevre, cheddar, brie and mozzarella. This particular class is focused on the chemistry and artisan steps of making cheese. The lecture will focus on milk particulates, the chemistry of making cheese as we work through each step.
