For any on-site tours, classes, or events, you must fill out and sign the Release of Liability for All On-Site Events. If you do not sign but purchase tickets you have accepted the liability risks of coming to the farm. Please print or copy Directions to the Farm.
Please do not arrive more than 30 minutes before your scheduled event. Please do not bring any pets or animals to the farm.
Your email receipt will serve as your admission ticket. Our system notifies us so we should have you on our guess list. Please keep copy of your receipt on your phone or bring a print out just in case.
Movie Night: If you are attending movie night please bring, folding chairs, tents, blankets and a flash light for your safety and comfort.
If you are buying tickets to the farm it is weather dependent. If mother nature forces us to cancel for everyone safety, we will do our best to accommodate you and reschedule you to future dates. However we do not offer refunds. We are about 4 miles back on a dirt road. Please watch for emails from us for weather and event advisory. We can only email the original purchaser of the tickets. We are only liable to the ticket buyer.
Shipping
All cheese items are shipped overnight Fedex on dry ice in a cooler. The current shipping cost is a flat rate and it simply does not pay to ship one item. It is more cost effective to ship 6 items or more. Our chevre freeze beautifully for 4 months. The packaged gouda’s and cheddar’s stay fresh for 3 months unopened. Brie also freezes well too.
Shipping Policy
Currently we are only shipping within the Continental 48 states. We are not able to ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska. Packages are shipped Monday thru Tuesday to ensure the cheese does not sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Sorry no PO Box addresses are accepted per FedEx/ UPS shipping. The cheese is shipped in a temperature controlled box with dry ice. Someone must be present to sign for the package.
Subscription Policy
Subscriptions are automatically set up for renew. If you wish to cancel please call or email us at least a week before your item ships.
Refund Policy
We guarantee the cheese you order will arrive in tact fresh and within safe temperature ranges. With that said we insist the cheese you receive must be signed for and any dissatisfaction with your order must be made within 24 hours of delivery in order to be considered for a refund or replacement. Please contact us either by email or by phone.
We do not refund cheese class purchases, baby feeding events or farm tours due to weather or if you are not able to make the event. We will allow you to reschedule to another open event or transfer your purchase to someone else.
Return Policy
We understand that things happen in shipping. We will do our very best to ensure every package is shipped on time and intact. Please do not return the package if it is damaged. Simply refuse the package from FedEx at the time of arrival. Please contact us and let us know so we can resolve any issues immediately and promptly for you.
