Product Description

This package includes five 5 oz containers of our creamery chèvre blended with local flavor. The fith cheese is our Sandia Sunrise smoked goat gouda which is another New Mexico favorite.

Two Chili N Hot - blended with New Mexico green chile, jalapeño and a hint of garlic. This chèvre has earned many gold, silver and bronze medals at the Scovie Awards from 2011 till 2013. I love this cheese smeared on hoagie and topped with sliced fresh garden tomatoes. Chili N Hot is fantastic whipped into mash potatoes.

Holy Chipotle - blended with smoked chipotle, sun dried tomatoes and a hint of garlic. This chèvre has received a gold and a silver metal at the Scovie Awards in 2010 and 2011. Try a dollop of this cheese on to top of beef stroganoff. It adds an amazing twist.

East Meets West - blended with wasabi, garlic and chives. This is a great combination in chèvre as it compliments roasted asparagus, baked potatoes, grilled tuna or rotisserie prime rib.

Habanero Hot and Sweet - blended with habanero, jalapeño and apricot jam. This chèvre is not too hot, not too sweet. Most say it is the perfect balance. It is great a a bagel smear.
