Here is a terrific way to have access to our wonderful award winning varieties of cheese all year. Priority club membership allows you to choose from our monthly inventory list the cheeses you want in each months delivery.

Though most people think of The Old Windmill Dairy only having goat cheese we also have a wide variety of cow milk cheeses. For example, we have cow milk;

We also make cow milk artisan butter and have creamy whole milk for sale.

While we are well known for our Chevre, people are not always aware that we make;

McIntosh Cave Age Goat cheese (similar to mild cheddar and a manchego)

• Manzano Blue Moon (Small rounds of creamy blue cheese)
• traditional goat brie
• truffle oil goat brie (Taos Truffle)

We are now producing seasonally Valle Caldera, an ash rippend cheese with a blend of our Fall goat Milk and Cows Milk. The cheese is a unique sweet yet tangy blend. This is the time of the year the goats are grazing on Summer grasses and it ads a wonderful twist to the flavor of this cheese.

Program Details

Here is how the program works. Two weeks before your delivery date you will receive an email reminding you to select the cheeses for you delivery. We will process your order and delivery to the place of your choice. When you add to your box you are entitled to an additional 15% off. Soon we will be scheduling pick up days on the farm as well.

Your membership includes honorary free invites to farm tours and events. Cheese Classes are not included.
