This chevre lives up to its name! It is one of the best I have ever tasted. It melts in your mouth and lends itself to so many different kinds of dishes. I have had the opportunity to try many of the great chevres from California and this Old Windmill Dairy Chevre is absolutely delicious and is on the top of my list for goat cheese!
