New Mexico Goat Cheese – Green Chile, Chipotle, Habanero Chevre Pack
Our creamy chèvre blends are award winning and have earned their place at the world preimier Fiery Food Show. Albuquerque hosts the annual Fiery Food show where “Chili N Hot,” Chevre has taken several gold medals competing against Vermont’s famous Cabot Cheese. “Chili N Hot” is a blend of New Mexico green chile, Jalapenos, garlic and a hint of cilinatro. “Holy Chipotle,” Chevre has also earned a few medals at the Fiery Food Show. It is a smokey chipotle blend with sun dried tomatoes. “Habanero Hot and Sweet,” chevre is a new arrival on the seen. It is a great blend of apricot preserve and habanero. Not too hot but not too sweet. All three are a farmers market favorite. Each containers states it is 5oz but rest assure we pack the container till it is full and almost 6oz.
Our pride and joy award winning chevre combined in a pack comes with its own handsome lunch (cheese) pack. The tote holds a six pack or several cheeses. It is a heavy duty insulated bag featuring a handle and two dry pockets.

Taking Care of your Cheese
It freezes for up to 4 months. If you don’t finish in one serving. Cover the expose cheese with plastic wrap to keep the air off and then put the lid back on. Cheese last about 4 weeks in the refridgerator.
Holy Chipotle – New Mexico Chipotle Goat Cheese. It isgreat on a turkey sandwich, with Stout or an Ale, or with Dolcetto Wine (Spicy Wine).
Chili N Hot – New Mexico Goat Cheese. It is great on steak, burger, on mash potatoes or in Mac and Cheese, or with an Ale or an IPA, or with Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc.
Habanero Hot and Sweet – great on a bagel, served with breakfast toast, or with riesling wine, mild ale.
