Product Description

The Old Windmill Dairy makes an awesome white cheddar from medium to sharp and often with cheese crystals. It is made in artisan fashioned round wheels. The wheels displayed here where just waxed with a yellow finish. When you cut into the middle it is pure rich cheddar with no artificial hormones, no RBST or added colors. This cheddar is unique as it is made with vegetable rennet and hand made.
