A few of our favorite things..

They compliment most Tapas, Hors d’oeuvres or cheese plates. All of theses cheeses are great baked in a quiche, on top of a goat cheese pizza, or served on top of fish or chicken.

The cheeses are listed left to right.

Pesto N Pine Nuts - blended with basil, garlic, walnuts, and toasted pine nuts.

ExtraOrdinaire - blended lightly with kosher salt. This is our plain goat cheese.

Country Thyme - blended with sage, thyme and garlic.

Sun Fun & Tomatoes - blended with sun dried tomatoes and a little garlic.

Wild Dill - blended with dill and a touch of celery salt.
